Young people/adults can e-mail visyon's counsellors directly through this service. Reasons for doing so may include:

• To make an enquiry about visyon or the services that it offers
• To arrange/rearrange an appointment with a visyon counsellor
• To tell a counsellor what's on your mind

In all cases a member of visyon's counselling staff will reply to the e-mail within 48 hours during weekdays and within two days after weekends and bank holidays. The sam@visyon.org.uk email account is checked daily at 11am and 4.30pm.

Please read the terms and conditions before using this service! * Do think about who else has acces to your email. We are currently looking at making the site more secure. In the meantime we assure you that we treat everything we receive with utmost respect and confidentiality.

Also, please note that all email attachments are scanned for viruses and therefore may not always get through to us.
