visyons official statement

We are beginning to hear more positive news in the media about being past the Covid-19 peak. which is reflected in the government beginning to look at lifting some of the restrictions on movement and work.  Whilst these plans are being put in place it is still very important that we follow social distancing guidelines.

At Visyon your safety and support remains our key priority. We will continue to offer all our service remotely for now, working with you to agree which method of support you feel most comfortable using. We have a range of options from telephone check-in’s, our usual counselling and mentoring services to online groups and training.

We can’t wait to see you all again, but for the time being our buildings will remain closed as we wait for government guidance and plan how we open them in a way that allows us to keep you safe.

Our telephone lines (01260 290000) and Text service (07508074748) remain open between 10 am and 5 pm weekdays for anyone looking for help and support.  We are able to take new referrals, you can get in touch if you have been to Visyon before or are looking for help for the first time.

If you are currently accessing support and have any worries or questions, please get in touch with your worker. Drop them a text or call the office and they will call/text you back.

If you are concerned about your own safety or the safety of someone you know please use these helplines and support services.
