visyons official statement
The current situation surrounding COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis at the moment, and charities like ourselves are constantly reviewing how we can continue to provide our services and support to you more remotely. At this current time we are moving away from Face to face and exploring what services we can deliver over the phone and where possible using online and app based tools. We have however suspended all our group activities for safety reasons. We are looking into ways to move these online and will advise members once these are set up and ready to run. Please continue to check our website and social media channels for regular updates along with helpful tips and information on looking after our wellbeing.
If you are currently accessing support and have any worries or questions, please get in touch with your worker. Drop them a text or call the office and they will call/text you back.
Our telephone lines remain open between 10 am and 5 pm weekdays for anyone looking for help and support. If you are concerned about your own safety or the safety of someone you know please use these helplines and support services.

We are operating on a skeleton staff model so please do bear with us, if we are not able to respond straight away we will be in touch
Please do link with our online communities and engage, share and comment. While this is not as good as face to face contact, just knowing you are part of a virtual community will help, particularly if we have to spend some time self-isolating
This is likely to change over the coming days and weeks as we follow official advice from the Government and we will update our information accordingly.
Finally, please ensure you and your loved ones stay safe. Please look after each other and check on those who are not fortunate enough to have family around them.
