Finance & Governance Lead
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible working considered)
Salary: £31,687 - £33,150 pro rata
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata
Location: Hybrid Ideally based at the Visyon base in Congleton, with outreach across Cheshire East. Flexible working considered.

It offers a range of services, including one-to-one counselling, group work, mentoring and family support work, as well as training for schools.

Purpose of the role:
The Finance & Governance Lead provides high‑quality financial management, reporting and compliance support to ensure the charity operates efficiently, transparently and in accordance with UK Charity Commission, Companies House and statutory finance requirements. The role also leads on governance coordination, supporting the Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Team with accurate reporting, timely meetings, strong financial controls and compliance with charity law and internal policies.
